Engineer - Field Services

This role focuses on providing on-site technical support and maintenance for a range of technology solutions. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of client systems and resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
Performing preventative maintenance and system upgrades.
Responding to service requests and incidents in a timely manner.
Documenting all service activities and resolutions.
Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Providing excellent customer service and technical support.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in a field service or technical support role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to client sites.
