Backend Java Developer - Staff Engineer

This role is for a skilled and experienced Backend Java Developer to join a dynamic engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend systems, contributing to the overall architecture and ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable backend code.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Collaborate with frontend developers and other stakeholders to deliver complete solutions.
Mentor junior developers and share knowledge.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in backend Java development.
Strong proficiency in Java and related technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with containerization technologies like Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
