SCM Lead

This role is responsible for leading and managing the supply chain operations, ensuring efficient procurement, inventory management, and distribution of goods. The SCM Lead will play a crucial role in optimizing the supply chain to meet business objectives and maintain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage and optimize inventory levels to minimize costs and ensure product availability.
Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
Coordinate logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
10-15 years of experience in supply chain management.
Proven leadership and management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
Experience in [relevant industry, e.g., FMCG, Beverages] is a plus.
