Section Leader - EHS

This role involves leading and managing the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) function within a processing center. The Section Leader will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, complying with all relevant regulations, and promoting a culture of safety excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions.
Provide EHS training to employees.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Manage EHS budget and resources.
Lead and mentor a team of EHS professionals.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate EHS into all operations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in EHS management.
Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in a processing center environment is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
