Job Description: Shield AI is seeking an experienced Policy, Procedure & Process Compliance Analyst to support the development, implementation, and oversight of compliant business systems and internal controls across our government contracting operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring alignment with FAR, DFARS, and business system requirements (e.g., DFARS 252.242-7005 and related clauses). You will work cross-functionally to design, document, and improve policies and processes that withstand audit scrutiny and enable operational excellence.
