Team Leader

This role involves leading and managing a team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of credit-related services. The Team Leader will be responsible for guiding team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to established processes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and mentoring a team of credit professionals.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of experience in credit or a related field.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
