Compliance Professional

This role focuses on ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements within the organization. The Compliance Professional will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs to mitigate risks and maintain ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
Conducting risk assessments and identifying areas of potential non-compliance.
Monitoring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Investigating and resolving compliance issues.
Providing training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
Maintaining accurate records of compliance activities.
Staying abreast of changes in laws and regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in compliance or a related field.
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
