HR Recruiter

This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent to support the growth of Kinjal Construction. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for connecting qualified individuals with exciting opportunities within a dynamic construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements/Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
