IT Recruiter

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our client companies within the IT sector. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Managing the interview process, coordinating with hiring managers and interview panels.
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
