Human Resource Business Partner

This role is focused on partnering with business leaders to deliver effective HR solutions and support business objectives. The Human Resource Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide HR guidance and support to business leaders and employees.
Partner with managers to address employee relations issues and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Support talent acquisition efforts by participating in the hiring process.
Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
Identify and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and productivity.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with employee relations and performance management.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
