Head Accounting

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage the accounting function for a dynamic organization with operations across multiple regions. The Head of Accounting will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, overseeing accounting processes, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
Manage audits and liaise with external auditors.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of leadership.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
Experience with tax compliance.
