Release Manager

This role is responsible for managing the release process, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of software releases. The Release Manager will work closely with development, testing, and operations teams to coordinate activities, mitigate risks, and ensure releases meet quality standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage release schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders.
Define and implement release processes and best practices.
Identify and mitigate release risks and issues.
Manage communication and coordination across teams involved in the release process.
Ensure releases adhere to quality standards and compliance requirements.
Track and report on release progress and metrics.
Automate release processes where possible.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in release management or related roles.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with release management tools.
Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.
