Software Quality Assurance Manager

This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through rigorous testing and validation processes. The Software Quality Assurance Manager will lead a team of QA professionals, develop and implement test strategies, and collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance engineers.
Identify, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks.
Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on software architecture.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in software quality assurance.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
Experience with automated testing frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with IEEE 802.15.4, Zigbee, and OpenThread is a plus.
Experience with silicon development is a plus.
