Mechanical Design Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage a team of mechanical design engineers, contributing to the development of cutting-edge robotic and industrial automation solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design process, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and driving innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of mechanical design engineers.
Oversee the design and development of mechanical components and systems for robotic and automation applications.
Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and safety requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, electrical, and manufacturing.
Manage project timelines and budgets.
Implement and maintain design standards and best practices.
Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
10-12 years of experience in mechanical design, with a focus on robotics or industrial automation.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Experience with design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
