Architect

This role involves designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures, ensuring they are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. The Architect will be responsible for collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs and plans, considering client needs, budget, and regulatory requirements.
Create detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software.
Collaborate with engineers and other specialists to ensure designs are structurally sound and meet building codes.
Oversee construction projects, ensuring adherence to designs and specifications.
Select appropriate materials and finishes, considering aesthetics, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Proven experience as an Architect, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
