Human Resource Recruiter

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support the organization's growth and mission. The Human Resource Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience and contributing to a diverse and skilled workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.
Conduct background checks and verify employment history.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3 to 7 years of experience in recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
