Head E-commerce Manager

This role is responsible for leading and executing the e-commerce strategy for a growing retail business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online retail operations, digital marketing, and customer experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving online performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business goals.
Manage and optimize the online store, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and technology.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications

8 to 10 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the retail sector.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with womenswear retail is a plus.
