Telecaller

This role involves engaging with potential and existing customers through phone calls to provide information, answer inquiries, and promote products or services. The Telecaller will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of interactions and contributing to the overall success of the sales and customer service efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Making outbound calls to prospective customers.
Answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries.
Providing product or service information.
Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed.
Maintaining accurate records of calls and interactions.
Meeting or exceeding daily/weekly call quotas.
Following up with leads and prospects.

Requirements/Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using phone systems and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer literacy.
