Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Chat & Email Support professional to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and delivering a seamless support experience through chat and email channels. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping customers.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat and email
Understand customer issues and provide accurate, effective resolutions in a timely manner
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams or senior support staff
Follow standard operating procedures and communication guidelines consistently
Meet or exceed individual performance targets such as response time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction ratings
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve support processes
Stay updated on product/service knowledge to provide informed assistance

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
Prior experience in customer support, BPO, or a similar client-facing role is an advantage
Excellent written communication skills in English with strong grammar and clarity
Proficiency in using chat support tools, email platforms, and CRM software
Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with efficiency
Strong attention to detail and active listening skills
Patient, empathetic, and customer-centric attitude
Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required
Basic computer proficiency and fast typing speed
