Service Assurance Engineer

This role focuses on ensuring the reliability and performance of critical IT services. The Service Assurance Engineer will be responsible for proactively monitoring systems, identifying and resolving issues, and contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve service incidents in a timely manner.
Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain documentation related to service assurance processes.
