Senior Interaction Designer

This role focuses on designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for innovative products. The Senior Interaction Designer will be responsible for translating user needs and business goals into compelling and user-friendly designs, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and refine product requirements.
Create and maintain design systems and style guides.
Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in interaction design, user experience design, or a related field.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
