Maintenance Head

This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance activities within the organization, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of equipment and facilities. The Maintenance Head will lead a team of maintenance professionals, develop and implement maintenance strategies, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
Manage and supervise maintenance personnel.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Manage maintenance budgets and resources.
Oversee facility maintenance and repairs.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in maintenance management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of maintenance best practices and industry standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
