Agentic AI

This role focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance agent capabilities and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing AI-powered solutions that streamline workflows, automate tasks, and ultimately improve the overall performance of agent teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement AI models and algorithms to support agent workflows.
Analyze agent performance data to identify areas for improvement and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and technologies.
Monitor and maintain AI models to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning principles.
