BPO Telecaller

This role involves providing customer support and sales assistance through telephone communication. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting products or services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries.
Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues.
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
Achieving sales targets and performance goals.
Providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in a BPO or telecalling role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Proficiency in Malayalam, Kannada, and Telugu.
Strong computer skills and typing proficiency.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
