Fullstack Gen AI Associate Manager

This role focuses on leading and managing the development of full-stack applications leveraging Generative AI technologies. The Associate Manager will be responsible for guiding a team of engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions, and contributing to the overall technical strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers.
Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable full-stack applications.
Integrate Generative AI models and techniques into existing and new applications.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize features.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in full-stack development and Generative AI.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3 to 8 years of experience in full-stack development.
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Experience with back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience with Generative AI models and frameworks.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
