Patient Journey Partner

This role focuses on collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the patient experience throughout their healthcare journey. The Patient Journey Partner will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve patient access, adherence, and overall satisfaction, ultimately contributing to better health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with various departments to understand patient needs and pain points.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the patient journey.
Evaluate the effectiveness of patient support programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure alignment with clinical best practices.
Monitor patient feedback and identify trends to inform future initiatives.
Support the development of patient education materials and resources.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in healthcare, preferably with a focus on patient engagement.
Strong understanding of the patient journey and healthcare ecosystem.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Ability to analyze data and identify actionable insights.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
