BPO Customer Service - Chat & Email (Work From Home)

Role Overview

Hireme SBS is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join their BPO Customer Service team in a work-from-home capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and concerns through chat and email channels, ensuring timely and professional resolutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via chat and email channels
  • Understand customer issues and provide accurate, effective solutions in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic and efficient service
  • Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the system
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
  • Meet and maintain defined performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and quality scores
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery
  • Stay updated on product/service knowledge to provide informed support

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Basic educational qualification (graduates preferred; undergraduates may also apply)
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Ability to handle multiple chat/email conversations simultaneously
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with internet tools
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/work-from-home setup
  • Prior experience in BPO, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory
  • Availability to work in rotational or flexible shifts as required
