Github Administrator

This role is focused on maintaining and optimizing a robust and secure GitHub environment to support software development and collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Git principles, GitHub workflows, and best practices for repository management, security, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain GitHub repositories, ensuring proper access controls and permissions.
Implement and enforce security best practices for GitHub, including vulnerability scanning and code review processes.
Automate repository workflows using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GitHub functionality and performance.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize their GitHub usage and workflows.
Maintain documentation of GitHub configurations and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience as a GitHub Administrator or similar role.
Strong understanding of Git principles and workflows.
Experience with GitHub Actions or other automation tools.
