MS-CRM Architect

This role is for a skilled MS-CRM Architect to design, develop, and implement robust and scalable solutions leveraging the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. The architect will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with architectural standards, and providing technical leadership to the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop MS-CRM solutions based on business requirements.
Lead the technical design and implementation of Dynamics 365 customizations and integrations.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of MS-CRM applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution scope.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest MS-CRM technologies and trends.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MS-CRM) architecture and development.
Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, and related technologies.
Experience with data modeling, database design, and integration patterns.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with offshore/remote teams is a plus.
