Practice Development Consultant

This role focuses on supporting and enhancing the practice development initiatives within Zeiss. The consultant will work closely with various teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement training programs, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess current practice development needs and identify areas for improvement.
Design and deliver training programs and workshops for internal teams.
Develop and maintain practice development resources and documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of practice development initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in practice development, consulting, or a related field.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
