Inventory Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the inventory management processes within a dynamic organization. The Inventory Manager will ensure efficient stock control, minimize waste, and maintain accurate records to support operational efficiency and meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing holding costs.
Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Forecast demand and plan inventory replenishment.
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Optimize warehouse layout and storage practices.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience in inventory management, preferably within the food industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with supply chain management principles.
