Cluster Manager

This role involves overseeing and managing multiple restaurant locations within a designated cluster, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for driving sales, controlling costs, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations.
Ensure consistent food quality, service standards, and cleanliness across all locations.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Recruit, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and overhead.
Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
Implement marketing and promotional activities.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications

Significant experience in restaurant management, preferably with multi-unit responsibility.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
