Senior Technical Consultant Shift Lead

This role involves leading a team of technical consultants, providing expert guidance on device tenant migration projects, and ensuring smooth operations during shift hours. The Senior Technical Consultant Shift Lead will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of technical consultants during shift operations.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on device tenant migration projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to device and tenant migration.
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and meet project deadlines.
Mentor and train junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Document technical processes and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience (15-18 years) in technical consulting, preferably in device management or tenant migration.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Deep understanding of device management principles and technologies.
Experience with tenant migration processes and tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
