AI Engineer - Model Optimization & Acceleration

This role focuses on developing and optimizing artificial intelligence models to enhance performance and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving existing models and designing new architectures to meet evolving business needs, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement optimization techniques for AI models.
Design and evaluate new model architectures for improved performance.
Profile and analyze model bottlenecks to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate optimized models into production systems.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of optimized models.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI model optimization and acceleration.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7 to 12 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
Experience with model optimization and acceleration frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
