Workday Program Manager

This role involves leading and managing Workday program implementations and upgrades, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering high-quality solutions. The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects related to Workday, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Workday program implementations and upgrades.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure adherence to project methodologies and best practices.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectively.
Oversee data migration and integration activities.
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support.
