Senior Support Analyst

This role involves providing expert support and troubleshooting for complex systems and applications. The Senior Support Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of critical infrastructure, while collaborating with various teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for production systems.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.
Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve issues and implement changes.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support.
Implement and maintain security best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of experience in a support analyst role.
Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Unix operating systems.
Familiarity with Docker containerization and orchestration.
Experience with Pentaho data integration tools.
Knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
