Technical Program Manager

This role involves leading and coordinating complex technical programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering high-quality solutions. The Technical Program Manager will work closely with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to define program scope, manage timelines, and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and manage program scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 12 years of experience in technical program management.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and programs.
Experience working with agile development methodologies.
Ability to influence and motivate teams.
