Associate Relationship Manager - Affordable HL

This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing tailored financial solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the affordable housing loan segment. The Associate Relationship Manager will be responsible for understanding customer needs, offering appropriate products, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Building and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
Promoting and selling affordable housing loan products.
Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.

Requirements/Qualifications:

0 to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in computer applications.
A proactive and results-oriented approach.
