Technical Lead - BI

This role involves leading a team of BI professionals in the design, development, and implementation of business intelligence solutions. The Technical Lead will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts.
Design and develop BI solutions, including data warehouses, ETL processes, and dashboards.
Ensure data quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Oversee the implementation of BI best practices and standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Requirements/Qualifications:

6 to 12 years of experience in Business Intelligence.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
Proficiency in ETL tools.
Experience with BI reporting and dashboarding tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
