Agency Manager

This role involves managing and developing agency relationships to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction. The Agency Manager will be responsible for building strong partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and overseeing the performance of agency teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
Identify and onboard new agencies aligned with business objectives.
Monitor agency performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with agencies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications

2 to 7 years of experience in agency management or a related field.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in a consulting environment is a plus.
