Joint Manager - Process Engineering

This role involves overseeing and optimizing process engineering activities within a dynamic industrial setting. The Joint Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and safe operations, contributing to process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise process engineering projects from conception to completion.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and other departments to optimize processes.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Participate in process hazard analysis (PHA) and risk assessments.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
5 to 9 years of experience in process engineering.
Strong understanding of process engineering principles and practices.
Experience with process simulation and modeling software.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
