Senior Recruiter

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support the company's growth and operational needs. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
