Lead ITSM Helpdesk Tool Consultant

This role focuses on leading and providing expert consultation on ITSM (IT Service Management) helpdesk tools and processes. The consultant will be responsible for optimizing tool usage, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and configuration of ITSM helpdesk tools.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for ITSM processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to helpdesk tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment.
Develop and deliver training programs for helpdesk staff.
Monitor tool performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience in ITSM and helpdesk tool management.
Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with various ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
Experience in consulting and delivering solutions to clients.
