Filenet Administrator

This role involves managing and maintaining the Filenet content management system, ensuring its stability, performance, and security. The Filenet Administrator will be responsible for supporting business users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements to optimize the system's functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the Filenet content management system.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Implement and manage security policies and access controls.
Perform system upgrades and patching.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide technical support to end-users.
Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Filenet Administrator.
Strong understanding of content management principles and best practices.
Experience with Filenet administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of security protocols and access control mechanisms.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
