Tech Support Active Directory Professional

This role involves providing technical support and maintaining Active Directory infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficient operation of the Active Directory environment, troubleshooting user issues, and implementing best practices for identity and access management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Active Directory infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve user authentication and authorization issues.
Implement and maintain Group Policies.
Monitor Active Directory performance and security.
Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Provide technical support to end-users.
Document procedures and configurations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 5 years of experience in IT support.
Strong understanding of Active Directory concepts and technologies.
Experience with Group Policy management.
