PD Merchandiser & Global Management Consultant

This role combines merchandising expertise with strategic consulting to drive growth and optimize performance within the home furnishing sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of retail operations, product merchandising, and the ability to provide insightful recommendations to enhance business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for product assortment and presentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of merchandising initiatives with overall business goals.
Provide consulting services to clients, offering strategic guidance on merchandising best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

6 to 8 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or a related field.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful merchandising strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the home furnishing industry is a plus.
