ServiceNow Developer

This role involves designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective and efficient ServiceNow applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules.
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues.
Participate in the design and implementation of ServiceNow upgrades.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
Experience with ServiceNow development tools and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with ITIL framework is a plus.
