Lean Manufacturing Engineer

This role focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity. The Lean Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, implementing lean methodologies, and ensuring continuous improvement across the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles, such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with production teams.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements, making adjustments as needed.
Train and mentor production staff on lean manufacturing techniques.
Collaborate with engineering and management teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
