Contract and Procurement Head

This role is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of contract and procurement activities within the organization. The Contract and Procurement Head will develop and implement strategies to ensure cost-effective sourcing of goods and services, while maintaining strong supplier relationships and mitigating risk.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms and conditions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, from sourcing to contract closure.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Identify and mitigate procurement risks.
Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience (15-24 years) in contract and procurement management.
Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
Strong understanding of procurement principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with procurement software and systems.
