Head Designer - Woven Female

This role is responsible for leading the design and development of woven female apparel, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and market trends. The Head Designer will oversee the entire design process, from concept to production, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of designers.
Develop seasonal design concepts and collections.
Conduct market research and trend analysis.
Create technical specifications and sketches.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 10 years of experience in woven female apparel design.
Strong understanding of design principles, fabrics, and garment construction.
Excellent sketching and technical design skills.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
